Making an order

Emmie Raes will always try and keep our shopping experience a memorable one. Please don’t hesitate to drop us a message if you need help with your order. We try and maintain a bespoke collection of products which is why there are so many variations to choose from. Here I will talk you through make your purchase simple and easy. 

Order Request -

Once you’ve chosen your ideal set you may want to make a request or two. This could be simply asking for it to be the same set colours as another you’ve seen. Simply write in the box colours of the “...” design. You may want me to match up with your existing decor. Pop that request in and feel free to email me some pictures across. Whatever your request we will try and adhere to it as best as we can and within reason. 

Font choice - 

We have lots of font choices for you to browse that are attached within the pictures of each product. If you’re unsure and would like some examples sending across in your requested name then please send us an email and we can make this happen. 

Name Required - 

Simply write in the name you require. Please note double barrelled names or additional lettering is at an extra cost. Please write in the box exactly how you’d like the wording cut even if this includes hyphens or symbols etc. 

Lettering colour - 

Again there is a picture attached if all the available colours we offer. The only colour not shown on our chart is rose gold shimmer but this can still be requested in the drop down menu “Style” if you’d like rose gold shimmer just pop that in the request box. Please note like the glitters this is £5 additional all matte colours are included in the price. 

Flower colour & Leaf/foliage colour - 

please choose from the following options if you don’t  see your ideal colours then please leave your colour choice in the order request box. If you don’t want the chosen selection of colours for example if it states muted pink, grey and white but you’d like to swap the white for ivory or the pink for a different shade then again please just state this in the order request box. 

Style - 

Please read the drop down menu carefully. Please choose correctly to fit your request wether this is additional lettering, glitter finish, no lettering or just the standard set this will then alter the price accordingly. If you can’t see your ideal selection please drop me a message so this can be arranged.
